I make a point to have sex daily, but of course it doesn't always work out like that. Some weeks it's every day multiple times, others it's once a week. Usually it works out to 4-5 days a week, we both work a lot etc etc. Interestingly enough, I've found that I jerk it more when I'm having sex more frequently, and when those droughts happen I'm not as likely to jerk it.
