Deluded Ego

The force is strong within you, beneath the muscle, tissue, sinew,
And as long as you keep fighting it, the struggle will continue..

While some call it talent, others say I’m challenged,
But when I weigh it all up, it’s just my mental imbalance.
They label me unstable, a cycle of split personas,
But frankly I’m unconvinced, Michael or Jehovah.
Just obsessed with rifles, bazookas, fixated with gun styles,
Thoughts turn grizzly, bear in mind imaginations run wild.
Neurosis, psychosis the siblings of my deranged brain child,
Directed by heavenly light, I'll remain the divine sun dial.
A solemn saintly messenger, alone to hear the righteous voices,
Spoken to me through the broken static and white noises.
Keeping alert and poised, to the poisons life trys to feed me,
It’s in the drinking water and all the shit advertised on TV.
Gods guiding my right choices, for the factors of my cauldron,
Identifying the impurities that are causing me my problems.
Heed the forsaken omen, before the turn towards the doldrums,
He exists between the coma dream and the waking moments.
I hear the message crisp and clear, despite my constant whistling,
But am careful not to think too loudly, psychics might be listening.
With half a mind to realize delirium that’s fantasized,
But one hand’s gripping sanity, while the other’s just unsanitised.
Doctors always trying to diagnose, annoying me with favors,
Calling it ‘paranoid delusion’ but they’re just out to get me, haters!
All claiming to be my savior, but cant rescue me from death near,
From unsound minds, all calls for help just fall upon deaf ears.

I like the right mix of self identification with a decent depth of vocab. I got the problem of a mental person. Your wordplay was cool in this verse to that pushed the imagery in here to the edges. I also like the darkness and lightness fighting in this. There were really no issues or problems and the fluidity was a supporting aspect that made this a dope read. Nice....143
