I wish to percribe ibogane to the affromentioned patient

he exhibits a severe case of addiction and has become emotionally dependent as well @VERITAS, the other ncpdmd for consult

the substance is not for legal, but is used in other countries to CURE addiction and has a psychedelic affect on the individual when administered

Do we grant special circumstances?
