so.. much.. fat.. trimming.
 2.5lb of fat trimmings from 16lb of bottom round. My jerky business is OOC. Can't keep up with demand. Website sold out of jerky in less than 12 hours and that was without public announcement until 4h prior to sellout. I got a business I didn't want, what do I do?
