I love standing back fly for rhomboid and nothing beats a incline pull-up, but I really don't dont do pull-ups. Row machine too.

So, like this week I did

4 sets of standing fly
3 sets of lat raises
4 sets of dumbbell rows
5 straight leg dead lift
2 bench dumb rows
