I'm more of a mid .....I break at the hips ala lowbar but the bar rests high and I keep an elevated chest as opposed to low bar so I hit depth harder
I don't think there's a big strength differential once u learn both......low bar being stronger by maybe 10-20lbs? Surely nothing the NC community or local Minnesota gym goer would notice
