I think I figured it out

Ouch has early onset Alzheimer’s brought about by wet brain or some other cognitive dysfunction, where he only can recall the past and confuse it with the present

And bc of this he’s on disability and unable to work so he just acts like the past is the present and posts bullshit threads all day instead of being able to live life
