presently? the enemy, assuming you mean a normal civilian. like you or me. it'd be pretty hard for us to get an RPG or grenade or something. you can get in with some nutty types though and acquire just about anything though.

but i mean one of our governments biggest businesses is manufacturing and selling military weapons, let alone all the shit we give away to the "good" guys who magically turn into the bad gays a decade or two later
