Make plans, she ditches them without ever suggesting a different time. Never takes initiative or make an effort in maintaining communication, wants to drag others along as opposed to 1on1 hangouts. Never flirts back or cut shit short when you do. People are different but more than 1 of these happening frequently is an indicator to me they probably only want to remain as friends. I don't bother with chasing either tho, so if they're playing that hard to get game I lose interest as well.
