eh, everything i have read/watched/listened to seemingly point to a PURELY carnivorous diet not being a good idea, physiologically at least, in the long term. like you said there is a profound lack of some basic nutritional necessities humans need to live optimally. we're omnivores by nature.

BUT if you have health insurance and pursue this, make sure to have bloodwork done every couple months or so. thats a fair indicator of where you should be aiming your dietary compass.

if you are a fan of coconut milk/butter/oil and almond or peanut products, you can definitely supplement lots of your meals with these to meet your fat requirements. you're not stuck with bacon and cheese. not that these are unpleasant options at all.

good luck. kinda gotta get creative, and also manifest some real discipline to overhaul your entire method of eating overnight. eliminating refined sugar is the REAL kicker. you'll feel the difference almost immediately if you were really chugging Coca Cola like you've mentioned.
