Once again Warthog has diverted a thread and made it all about him.
Is there any opinion on this at all?

Create a Netcees Facebook Page / Community, a Netcees Twitter, Instagram, etc. Find people that are trust worthy and would be active on those pages to spread the word.
Gather yourself a "street-team" and have them low-key promote this site on every rap battle on KOTD / URL / DF / RBE / etc, etc - and also on the YouTube blogger pages like JayBlac / QueenzFlip / BattleRap.com etc etc.
If any of you have a username on RMBVA / OTBVA / r/rapbattles, promote the site in inconspicuous ways like having the site address in your signature.
RuinYourDay and DirtBagDan have Live shows at least once or twice a week that has a live chatroom with anywhere from 200-500 people in that that are interested in battle rap - use that chatroom platform to advertise in it.
I'm sure there are more ways to get this place more active, but those are possibilities, and that just takes people that are willing to do it.
