yea i touched on this in the novel i typed earlier. i need to take like 3-5 times the amount normal humans do to feel anything, and even then need some alcohol as well for it to really settle in
even when i had surgery and was laid up for a few days in the hospital with the dilaudid drip it did nothing, it doesn't help pain or get me high. i was a heavy stoner at the time though and don't lie to dr's so i think maybe they thought i was just seeking more/higher doses to get high?
but yea i dunno. my body just metabolises it and or it doesn't hit the receptors because i dulled them living the life of a G
