In terms of a limited sample set, an offensive philosophy which literally was opposite to his supposed 'strengths', and a litany of other inexperience/inconsistency factors from the front office down to the playbook ---- I would not be surprised if we are all surprised by Weeden in 2013. I will also not be surprised if we are not surprised.
I CAN, with 95% confidence say: "Brandon Weeden will NOT be on our top 5 worst starting QBs list in 2014"
That projection is not indicative of certain success though -- just that there is not a snowballs chance in hell that he is starting next year if he finishes in the bottom 7-8. We will draft and/or be playing one of our other QBs already at that point lol
