So I threw some salted cashews in the white rice to go along w/ the chix cutlets
Chopped up some carrots, & threw some broccoli in the skillet along w/ my blend.
Marinated the chix breast in teriyaki & a couple shots of Evan Williams, cubed it, grilled to perfection.
What did it tho was the Planters salted cashews in the white rice.. w/ the soy & hot sauces... off the fucking chain. I've had it in chinese dishes before, but my shit was easily x10 better.
Best meal I've made this month so far.
