Well melatonin can actually be beneficial as a sleep aid if taken correctly. Im not sure if a poison ivy capsule has a redeeming quality to it.
That being said, Im only taking melatonin for this week to help me adjust back to my old sleeping schedule now that I have work. Melatonin shouldn't be taken as a primary source of sleep aid.
