No matter what you take, it won't help you get gains. It'll help you rebuild your muscles faster/stronger after you injure them during a workout. Dedication and a proper routine are what really get it done. As long as you're in the gym a lot and using stuff like whey protein to help with the healing of your muscles, you should be able to do what you want. Oh and Creatine gives you more available energy (it converts used ADP -> ATP) for workouts. I've never used it though. Fan of whey protein though...you can usually repeat muscle groups more easily in a week by using it.
