Stay away from the steroids... Eat lean meants for your best source of protein.
Chicken, fish(salmon, tilapia, TUNA, etc...), turkey, and leannnn red meats. More like wild game. Peanut butter or almond butter is good for quick snacks. The less fat, the less grease, the less cholesterol, the faster your metabolism works. Got me?
