Alvin Karpis vs Patrick aka Swerve

Will you fcuking change your name to Swerve you annoy me. Anyway, Swerve is dope but lately he seems bored but maybe facing the defending champion of the biggest tournament of the year, in the biggest tournament of the year will motivate the Canadian Crusher to drop a doper verse than he has been. Alvin Karpis is crazy hard to beat, even with all the people running around that dislike the dude. He usually comes with some dope name plays and is, in my opinion, the best at making "Discussion Board Punches" hit hard. Should be tough if both people come with it but I think one of these dudes is just harder hitting usually.

Alvin Karpis 55/45

This is gonna be a good close battle, swerve is the current NBL champ right now,
and has been droppin consistent & solid verses , karpis hasnt been battling alot
but shows no signs of being rusty his verse last round was good with some nice bars in it he won SC last year an if he wins this he def gonna be considered HOF, this battle will be good n im looking forward to it but i think karp will pull this out
in a close one.

Karaoke vs Defiant

This will be a cool battle. Karaoke brings a nice mix of current event and discussion board punches/concepts along with some fresh conceptal bars usually. Defiant is so inconsistent it kind of makes me mad lol. He CAN beat Karaoke. He has the ability to do it. But he's just so damn hit and miss that I don't think he will. Karaoke is usually at least pretty consistent while Def will bring a heavy hitter or two and then 3 or 4 duds. And consistency takes it in the Classic.

Karaoke 70/30
_______________

hard one to choose here, tbh def can be nice but u dont know what ur gonna
get from him every battle, some times he drops nice then others like he rushed and didnt care, karaoke is nice wit it...an really consistent his last rd verse was good and he doesn't seem rusty either. this can be a close one if def drops to his ability.
but i still this karaoke will take this one. still will be a good read
W-Karaoke 60/40

God Of War vs Philly

Goon on Goon violence. God of War was the runner up in last year's summer classic and I can guarentee you he wants to hold the trophy this year. He's always fresh as fuck with his conceptual bars as well as with nameplay/wordplay. He's going to be tough as hell to knock off. Young Phillllly. He came back to texting about a year ago after a 5 year layoff and dude has not lost a battle since. He's beat God of War, ill nik-A, Alvin Karpis (unofficially) and other big names. He's always fresh as well usually coming up with some creative shit. I don't know. Both homies are my dudes but until I see Philly lose, I can't pick him to.

Philly 51/49

This will be a dope ass battle, both can drop flames, phill last rd verse was nice, always drops nice personals with dope wording, Gow is ill to his verses are the most consistent outta anyone i ever read tbh, this is gonna be close as fuck damn hard to choose a winner, i think gow can take this but ima go with philly cuz i havent seen him lose a battle in a year lol.. close an can be the battle of this round.
w-Philly 55/45

Strikta vs Orc

Both these dudes have very unique styles and come dope with it when they want to. Orc is more consistent than Strikta is I think, but either way this battle is going to be really good. Strikta been coming with some fire stuff that I've seen lately and Orc has been his normal swagged out self. I know Orc made a deep run in the second classic and I even think he got robbed in the semi-finals against MetaSin (which you can read yourself by clicking here). I don't recall Strikta making a deep run in SC IV but we don't have those records here so I couldn't even double check if I wanted to. Anyway, as I said Strikta is dope but I think this will come down to consistency and I think Orc will have Strik in consistency.

Orc 65/35
___________
nice battle here, strikt can drop some vicious punches and haymakers he def deserves more props on his shit, Orc is a hall a famer for a reason, hes dope
and has slickest wording on this site tbh, his last rd verse was nice. i think orc
will take this but i wouldnt be suprised if stritka drops fire an wins tbh but i dont
think orc will sleep on him.
W-Orc 60/40

Cashius vs Joe Metts

This will be doppppeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Joe Metts brings some of the freshest shit in each and every battle and if he is even some sort of kind of interested he's top 3 on this entire site. Cashius is dope, but kind of in a subtler way if that makes any sense. He consistenly wins battles against top dudes but he does it quietly. Metts brings heavy hitters when he wants to as does Cash but I think Joey does it on a higher level of frequency than the boy Cashius Clay. This can go either way, but I think of Metts shows with any type of interest, he takes this one home.

Joe Metts 60/40

Another real nice battle lol this rd is stacked, cash just won swagger n flow title
props u faggot, he can drop some real dope shit and is a real threat to win this.
Joe is nice wit it he always has fresh concepts an clever lines verses always a good read, this is close if joe drops to his full ability he can win but ima go cash cuz hes been on a roll lately.
W-Cash 55/45

Bags vs Beyond

This should be hawwwwwtttttttt. Let's get to the basics. Beyond does not like our friend Bagsworth Bentley. Bags does not like our friend Beyond. Now that we've covered the basics. Beyond came with a pretty dope verse against the Ageless man of text himself, Evolve. Bags came pretty consistent with 20 lines of ether directed at yours truly, Banana Bob. These dudes both want this tourney. If Bags wins it all he's HoF... Regardless if he thinks this is just a copy cat HoF or not... If Beyond win the Classic he solidifies the fact that he IS HoF. Who wants it more? Who knows. But this is gonna be fire and my pick for the Battle of the Round, and possibly the Battle of the Tournament of both come with it and both come at eachother with that heat. I got this extremely close, but I gotta pick a winner so if I had to guess I'm giving the slightest edge possible to...

Beyond 51/49
____________
This will be one to peep, both dont really like each other and are dope.
bags last round verse was nice filled wit haymakers. bey is ill and last rd verse was
dope alot of fresh shit in it he isnt rusty at all he is the one dude to watch out for in this torney he can win it all, this battle is really close idk it can go either way. Ima say bey but bags can win if he tries
W-Beyond 50/50

Dominate vs ill nik-A

These dudes are both crazy fresh when they come with it, even though they've been around forever they still know how to come up with new concepts that no one has seen before. ill nik-A has been on vacation and a drinking binge since the Heat won the title butI really don't think that will effect the Groovin' Cuban too much. Dom's tough as nails though to beat so this will be crazy good. Hoping to see the 2 of these cats go at it with at least 16 or more. This should be close though, and these 2 are not known to no show so that won't be an issue I don't think. In the end, I'm going to give the edge to the dude with a little more Summer Classic experience.

ill nik-A 55/45
________________
this battle can turn out to be BOTW, both are dope and have real different styles.
ill has been in the final 4 i think 2 years in a row but not sure. hes def gonna try to get there again this time, hes been consistently droppin dope for a while. Dom is nice and his verses always have dope bars. he can def win this whole torney if he puts the effort in. This is honestly one the closes ones this rd, i think dom will take it tho..if they go pics then it'll be a different story but i wouldnt be suprised if nika won to at all.
W-Dom 50/50

Sharp Nine vs. Allen Knight

Sharp my dude and he's elevating like crazy but he isn't on the same level as Allen Knight. Allen is consistently making deep runs in tournaments and champing leagues while Sharp really hasn't done that, although he is improving and should not be slept on even a little bit. I know Allen won't though, he's smart than that. Anyway, in all facets of the text game Allen is superior.

Allen Knight 85/15
