Yes but make it small and be picky about who gets in. And only choose tutors/coaches who will actively participate.
Sharp went from newb to dope in a short space of time, if he says UW was helpful in that then it was worthwhile running it
Maybe do 16 newbs 8 coaches. 2 newbs per coach...?
