In truth, Witty was around before Oats, and their styles aren’t actually all that similar. Witty switches up schemes far more frequently and doesn’t tend to stick to a rigid rhyme structure.
The style you see from Oats is very much a product of the board he came from, similar to deadman actually (at least his earlier work), but the two aren’t all that similar to me (and I come from the same board). The sheer Open Mic talent to have come from RB is insane. They’re one board where the topical heads may outweigh their battlers in terms of top tiers.
