effective as of January 1, 2023, by and between Art Of Writing League Federation Entertainment, Inc., a New York corporation, with its principal place of
business at 12345 Main Street, New York, New York 10009 (hereinafter
referred to as "COMPANY"), and FRANK, an individual residing at
