Why was elvis needed? Because white people in those days didnt want their daughters creaming themselves over a black man, and that s real talk! You might face it here but if you go overseas like the uk or germany... They re not ashamed to admit that was what was happening here because within every genre of music there s a hero someone leading in the forefront and it has been white washed time and time again...
