@NYCSPITZ peep your PM's.... but basically Chrons Disease leading to Bowel Obstructions compounded by Corona Virus - an inability to get the medications I needed bc Doctors wouldn't see patients, so my body began digesting itself due to the obstruction.... now im extremely malnourished, and can't support the surgery that I need...so they need to get my nutrition corrected, I need to gain the needed weight, then get the surgery (small bowel resection - so they will be splitting my core open and removing the obstruction,) and the healing and recouperation. I dropped 60 pounds in 3 months, and have been dealing with extreme pain... not fun.
