I quit masterbation 3 days ago but relapsed this morning. Well actually idk if I'm counting it as masterbation bc I just rubbed it through my shorts and didn't bust a nut just a bit of pre leaking. I was watching porn though. So yea man, it's tough but the number one reason I want to quit is because it causes me to be lazy. If I can bust a nut whats the point of getting actually vijay? So yea man, stop watching porn and if you have to masterbate just masterbate through your shorts. Also, if you have to jack off and need to watch something then at least masterbate to a pic of a woman you really want. That way you're at least intentional.
