quitting porn
Just wanted to know if anyone has successfully done it and has any tips?
I’ve only been off of it for like a week but am already feeling the positive effects from doing so.
It isn’t like a morality issue that’s making me want to quit it’s more so it just consumes my free time and fucks with my sex life, not to mention it makes me feel bad about myself. Literally been compulsively watching since I was probably 12 and now I’m 27 so that’s over half my life wasted on then shit. It’s just kind of fucked up the way I see women too, like sex objects instead of human beings.
I’m sure I’ll get torn to shreds for this thread but it is what it is, hope y’all know what I’m saying
