UPN was a collective of the best from a bunch of places, where the largest tournaments on the internet took place for text and audio for the best people around outside of rapmusic UPN was infact started bt the people that made the RBL at rap music back in 99. It used to be relatively kept to an invite-only up until 2002.

up until 2002 it had people from including but not limited to;

ripthemic
rapmusic
mentalz
urban authentics
keystyles
IllaMentalz

and a few other tiny boards like bboys came about 4 years later. ;)
