I have the money now to pay 10k cash for a lawyer and I'd do it. But I didn't then.

I was drunk both times... one time pulled over in my own driveway, the other on the the highway but yeah I was drunk both times. But the point is... if you follow me for 10 miles... see no violation, no swerving no nothing... how drunk am I? Apparently I'm good enough to drive... I was also convicted of a felony for possession with intent to distribute... prior to these 2 things. But since it was my first arrest and I'm good looking, slick talking and at the time had some people to back me up in court as character witnesses or whatever.. I got 'diversion' which means technically I'm not a convicted felon it was dismissed with prejudice or some shit like that after I went to jail for 8 months paid a ton of money and never violated probation for 2 years.

Which I did all that, but my point is that doesn't matter. This is the age of the fucking internet... my mugshot is on these websites. A potential employer that googled ya name isn't going to care that it was thrown out of court... just going to see it and be like... well dudes a dime a dozen anyway... next.
