you'd think in somewhere like indiana theyd do something about it... grew up in nyc... cops were a joke, and if they weren't a joke they were something to be feared... other than the fact i've got my ass beat badly by police, and been convicted of a felony for it on 2 separate occasions...

and thats real talk, other than my mouth and posturing I didn't do anything... one of the times my public defender actually somehow got the footage of the cops walky talky camera or whatever its called, so I actually saw it. It was really embarrassing, and the lawyer said you actually did a really great job... told them they couldn't search my car... asked them why I was pulled over...

I was pulled over for 'suspicious driving' and I was like what the fuck is that.. did I swerve, or go over the yellow line... did I go over or under the speed limit... (this was on the highway) and they said no you didn't do any of that but your rate of speed fluctuated... and then I went off saying.. so not over the speed limit not under... not swerving or driving badly and you followed for miles... the lawyer said that was great.. but then I went off the hook and started calling them pigs and saying shit about Stalin and saying I bet you were bullied in school you pussies... etc. And well.. they beat me up pretty good and then charged me with felony assault on a police officer. And when I went to jail the jail cops beat me up pretty well too, and I didn't even fight back.

Which stood up in court. When the lawyer that had the body cam footage or whatever its called.. and it somehow cut out after they body slammed me.. surprise surprise.. it was indeed hard to watch. I'm not even sure I finished watching it.

The other time was actually worse as far as the beating I got... basically the same scenario but it wasn't on camera. Still charged with destruction of police property... felony... assault/resisting/obstruction.. felony...
