Best spot I’ve ever been to relax honestly was in Provo Utah..and what I did was play ball, beat them up.... get sweaty and went into a sauna and then a steam thing... I remember shot was so nasty in the steam room dude took the hose up to the steam pipe to make more steam... I stood in that motherfucker until I felt sick
