Calling people out for their bullshit is not "discrimination". It's accountability.
If Barc was doing irresponsible shit as Barc (signing in as Scout to reset record), you can't call that discrimination without justifying the original act. If your defense doesn't mention the criminal behavior (either to negate its criminality or deny that it happened) it's a bad defense.
If the police come after me just because of who I am, that's discrimination.
If the police come after with a court order warrant because they have evidence I killed someone and replaced them with a body double for the second season in a row, that's justice.
