Furthermore. A lot of times during the week ill cook after i get off (7am) crockpot a lot of times. So on those days ill eat when the shit is done. Depending on what it is and how long blah. No set tine here. I dont abide by the normal standards of when you should eat certain types of foods. I eat what i want when i want whenever i hard. g shit
