you guys were given essentially an hour to post (1 hour and 17 minutes to be precise), Kung posted within under an hour of this thread going up, and Neighbor posted 10 min after the deadline and 30min after Kung dropped his verse.
So right off the bat, that doesnt look good for Neighbor when there is a discussion going on elsewhere and he commits to being able to drop something within an hour and not actually doing it. That being said, i do give him props for showing, as a lot of people will noshow once a verse is dropped against them that they think is good cause they dont want to waste their time losing.
As for the battle...
Kung won this, which is surprising as he dropped 14 lines and neighbor responded with 20. but the reasoning comes down to this being a pic battle, all of kungs lines dissed neighbors pic directly, the way he looked, the fact he was laying on the bed, and they were witty lines for the most part.
as for Neighbor, he did make a few lines towards the pic talking about how homeless he looks, etc, but he also went outside the pic and was talking about things irrelevant to the battle. but also, he did a bells palsy line that was unbelievably bad and forced that made me kinda cringe. the verse in general was pretty good except for the bells palsy line.
vote - kung. like i said i think kung dissed neighbors pic much better, whereas neighbor used it half as much. also kungs flow was better.
