in my younger days i would hound ho's. like hey beautiful god damn you are perfect etc. works only on ugly chicks.
in my experience if a chick is fineeee. check her out. let her notice. then pay little to no attention to her unless she's initiating shit with you. you not hounding her makes you MYSTERIOUS. but thats more for like if she's a friend of friends and your around her alot.
