Understand that man's greatest emotion is fear, and man's greatest fear is fear of the unknown. Familiarizing yourself with the source of the fear is the greatest way to overcome it.
In saying that, when it comes to spirituality you can only deal in absolutes, pretty easy being their are only 2 which are good and evil. So if God has not given us the spirit of fear, then by default, you know who is responsible for the spirit of fear.
Familiarize yourself with God through his son Jesus Christ and he will cease your worries and calm you.
