haha - did the same thing when i quit chew 3 years ago
i still havent chewed, but i smoked for 3 years and started doing a 4 mg nicorette supplement to the cigs to quit them lol. effing nicotine.
shit, im still hoping the strategy works - but it wasnt as effective for me as i thought.
