because if he went to big boy jail he'd have to fight all the time, and based on his looks he'd lose... my jail experience i'm pretty big and pretty strong, and it wasn't my first time in prison, and I had to fight a lot... that lilttle kid would get hurt in big boy jail... but if he shot someone or whatever, he deserves it.
