I'm not vegetarian but I try to eat less animals than I used to. I've had some really good vegetarian dishes, I think it gets a bad rep because some people get introduced to some awfully cooked tofu once in their lives and think that's what vegetarianism is. If everyone were veg, chefs would be stepping up their game tenfolds and the dishes would be fire.

That being said, Veganism is a bit harder to pull off because cheese/dairy is life, but it's still doable

also, vegetarianism/veganism can be just as unhealthy/loaded in calories as non-veg. Just depends on how you approach it
