I'd survive on people skills.

I'd get with the hippie crowd. I know a few of those weird af people in Oslo, they're cool tho and got connects for farms/good places to camp at along with generally enjoying nature and knowing what to do with it if you're lost. I'd be content living out in the woods and party with them until shit settled. They're pretty good at gardening too.
These people already got tons of aggregators for their sound equipment and stuff, so I'm sure this can be used for heat, phones/walkie-talkies and so on. Getting with them early on and building a friendly reputation would probably be a good idea. A few of them are political anarchists so I'm not afraid all of em would be treehugging pacifists if shit should go down either. I would, however, be very concerned with their mental health over time and how stable this group would be in the long run.

Having learned some easy gardening tips & tricks, grow weed and mushrooms, exchange weed and mushrooms for equipment to make mdma along with the know hows. When I've gotten to the point I can make mdma consistently and with decent enough quality it's time to move back home if shit isn't too apocalyptic. I need to start cooking inside, and getting in touch with old friends I think would get together. With my free distribution of drug for food and security I would be with good people, and I'm sure they'd take me in.
I'll continue to trade weed, shrooms and mdma as those customers are usually nice, and I already know some people in that game that'd probably help me out if push comes to shove as well. It would be my safest push for both my safety and future where I'm at I think.
If shit is too apocalyptic in my hometown and shit isn't safe I'd probably stay with the treehuggers as long as possible. Only thing that sucks is that they'll definitely go insane in an unhelpful way faster than my friends in town, only thing I know is that I won't gamble on uncertainty as we have no idea how many people will come storming in from other places. At worst I'll just go live with the sami people up north the same way they've done since forever.

If we're talking about money being no issue I'd probably go traveling the world with some friends, and go see family I haven't met yet in Germany and Albania. Then go home and play Rocket League and party with friends here before going somewhere again.
