More (relatively) cheap, environmentally sustainable food sources becoming more prevalent - like cricket flour or produce grown using hydroponics - coupled with a drop off in the popularity of organic, non gmo stuff which is decidedly less cost efficient and literally requires the use of more resources for less food (unless it's a local coop or backyard garden, I'm all for keeping business local).
Monsanto still evil in that big business way, but they're not infecting our brains with pesticide juice or w/e
