Logically, it would be wise to get rid of the Africans in order to save the others.

Reason: Their the least productive race on the planet. Highest crime rates, endless civil wars, lowest GDP's, lowest income salaries, lowest overall IQ levels, lowest everything. Papua New Guinea is the only other area I would think is just as bad. Cannibalism still thrives there in remote areas due to general lack of mental competence.
