Your inability to find healthier coping mechanisms is the cause. Blaming others for actions you take is not productive. When they say first step is admitting you have a problem. They mean admitting the problem is your own responsibility. Fuvktards are common place an I assure you to your employer your a fuck tard. To your letting agent or landlord etc your a fuck tard. Need to stop blaming others an get to the root of why you need to drink. But that will take years of self reflection an probably professional help. Before you can do that you need to find healthier coping mechanisms like exercising or writing to cope with the tipping points pushing you to drink. Also don't just quit cold turkey. Other then youll fail you risk delirium tremors. I'd suggest looking at what and when you drink and make a 6 week target to be clean. Drop it gradually or include soba days.
However .. expect me to use all of these personal angles to devestating effect in any future battle we may share.
