I agree that the content of the speech is what's relevant to the song, and before I had time to realize exactly who was speaking I was digging it. For the song it's fine but I think it reflects poorly on the artist's taste to use such a sample, and puts me in a position of presuming a lower level of quality of thought incoming.

Running through that song's album. "I Don't Care" is dope as all hell.
