you have a set of scales
on one side is doing difficult things and succeeding. on the other side is doing nothing. the scales seem even? then do nothing. because if succeeding at something difficult only brings the same amount of joy you experience while doing nothing, when you were in the difficult moments you are operating at a net loss without realizing it.
