If you’re worried about your data you can still get things off the hard drive as long as that’s not the issue. Doesn’t sound like it is as the PC could still boot into the bios without it.

It’s not your power supply by the sounds of it. Video cable or video card. If you have integrated graphics that could be a whole CPU issue. Iono I’d need more info but try a new cable.

Mind taking a pic of the back of the computer? Or can you say for sure it’s specs
