the medial meniscus. not a ligament thing, it doesn't give out or anything, just get pain when it slips. its basically a layer of tissue on either side of the knee that cushions the interaction of the femur and shinbones. when its torn, it can slide out of place and you get pain from the pressure on the joint. mine still slips, but im able to kind of catch it. certain movements and shit i can feel put pressure on it. like trying to push something with my foot from side to side. like there is a rock i use to prop open a door at work, and if i don't remember and try and like push it over with my foot, scooting it with the inside of my foot i get a jolt like oh shit almost forgot.
but 90 percent of the time its back to normal again. its been steadily better though, its just been 8 weeks now so its slow going as fuck for healing. if it was still bad after 4 weeks i was supposed to go back get the mri and surgery to fix it, but even though it was still pretty bad i thought ehh fuck it. its going in the right direction lol
