I’ve asked Bleak. Ideally I like there to be two mods, usually a worker bee who will do all the boring thread making and matchups and a ‘face’ on the board - usually a big character - who gets the humour here and knows what has to be done to generate a buzz around it with mags/vids/roasts etc

shares the burden because it can be a lot to ask of one person to dedicate themselves to it alone
