Slow cook tomatoes with water or oil, or both (depending on how much fat you want), cut to your consistency of choice. Sauce pan on low heatll do
Season with garlic, salt, pepper, cumin, and whatever else you want like cilantro, chili powder or whatever. Can't get by without those first four tho
Add onion/jalapeño cut to desired consistency
Stir throughout
Store in fridge
My personal salsa though
Diced granny Smith apple
Diced beet
Diced red onion
Diced Jalapeño
Other shit like corn if desired
Salt/pepper
Garlic powder
Oil
Mix the shit out of it and serve cold
