my problem is gonna be fats though. because i don't fuck with fat.

but i think the answer to that QUERY is BACON.

i'm thinking basically every morning, a couple eggs and half a pound of bacon. FUCK IT.

then whatever i eat the rest of that day will help offset and supplement it. also with the decreased cravings and SUCH i probably won't eat as much. but just gonna fuck up steaks/pork chops/chicken etc. to keep mixing it up.

i already don't fuck with veggies. and this is an excuse to quit pretending.

the problem is gonna be giving up carbs. i was gonna go keto, but i was basically changing out breads and pastas for lettuce and spinach and shit.

why not just remove all that nonsense altogether
