Got a pain in the ball of my foot. It's like a Charlie horse but it won't go away. It's like a tendon in my foot, not the bone. I can stretch it and feel like it's putting pressure on the exact spot but it doesn't seem to get "loose".

Plus, I've got a spot in my back that flares up from time to time as well, and today is that day.

Fuck being 32.
