ps4 and xbox1 controllers are plug and play on pc. no mapping of buttons or anything needed, most people who game on pc only use the keyboard and mouse on games where it makes sense, like shooters/strategy/games made with those controls in mind
he was referring more to regular pc games having graphics on par with these sports games though
i doubt madden for example will look better on PC. i think ps4 pro and the new xbox1 or whatever support 4k and 60fps now? that would probably have been the only advantage graphically to games made for consoles and ported over. higher resolutions and framerates
but games that actually look better on pc than console are because the pc versions can run more options than consoles whether its different lighting/higher res textures/blah blah that would cook a console or drop the framerates to unplayable. like the witcher3/gta5 etc
so i don't think madden or fifa will look better on PC because them not being PC games i don't think they will have the extra graphics/display options, the version on consoles will be the most powerful form of the game already its just ported over
also these sports games graphics are so good in comparison to other games because they render such a confined space, its not like an entire world with crazy physics being loaded on demand, just a stadium and whats in it, with the focus on whats in the field itself. which is part of the reason people critique madden so much for its lazy animations and jerky weird shit. EA could make a better game but have no need to because of their ownership of the NFL rights or whatever
long post of stuff we all already know over
